Horseshoe Bay

Horseshoe Bay Park, located in West Vancouver, is full of views, restaurants and coffee shops. From picnicking to beachcombing to ferry watching, there is something for everyone to enjoy. With tree-lined mountains rising from the depths of Howe Sound, the views from Horseshoe Bay Park will captivate onlookers of every age.

Squamish Adventure Centre

At the Squamish Adventure Centre you will have a chance to stretch your legs and crane your neck as you look up toward the massive granite wall of the Stawamus Chief. The "Chief" - as it is known locally - is one of the many reasons the town of Squamish is known as the adventure capital of Canada, providing endless opportunities for rock climbing, BASE jumping, and other ariel sports. And of course it makes the idea backdrop for selfies and portraits. The Squamish Adventure Centre itself is a sight to behold, with its curved roof structure and locally sourced Douglas Fir timber, the building is designed to mimic the iconic Bald Eagle while in flight during migration, an annual event for which the Squamish River is world-renowned. Inside the centre you will find the Visitor Information Centre, the Chamber of Commerce, as well as gift stores, a coffee shop and tour company, providing you information and fuel as you continue your journey along the Sea-to-Sky Highway.
Winter Whistler Village
