Are children allowed on the tour?
Children are allowed on this tour however, they will not be allowed to consume wine. Some wineries may provide juice at the tastings. Parents or Guardians that disobey the age requirement for underage consumption will be asked to leave the tour.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
We can offer folding wheelchair, walker and stroller accessible buses. We cannot accommodate motorized scooters/wheelchairs. Please check with our contact centre for the availability of a wheelchair bus before confirming your tour by calling 1-877-4551-1777.
Are we allowed to consume our wine purchased on the bus?
Consumption of alcohol on the coach is strictly forbidden. Intoxicated guests on the coach or at wineries will be asked to leave the tour.
Do I need to wear a mask on the tour?
Masks will be provided for all guests on the tour. Each coach will have hand sanitizer accessible for all guests. Please view this link for our latest information. Each winery will have their own protocols and change regularly. Please read signs and listen to staff at each location.
How long do we spend at each winery?
We spend about 1 hour at each winery to enjoy a tasting, shopping and photo opportunities.
Is the departure guaranteed?
This tour requires a minimum of 6 people to operate. If the minimum is not met, guests will be asked to move to another day of travel or will receive a full refund.
Is there a minimum age requirement and is Government ID requirement
In order to consume alcohol, guests must be a minimum of 19 years. Please bring government issued identification as guests will be required to present it at all wineries.
What is your cancellation Policy?
Changes or cancellations can be made 24 hour prior to departure. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable. Please note that no shows or missed departures will not be refunded.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for weather. Guests may be outside part of the day when exploring the wineries.
Is lunch included with the tour?
No, lunch is not included. We will make a reservation for tour guests interested in purchasing lunch en-route.
