Frequently Asked Questions

General FAQ

Is there commentary in my language?
Full commentary in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean & Mandarin on the clear top convertible Hop-On, Hop-Off busses. Enjoy live commentary in English onboard the San Francisco-style Trolleys. Both bus types (clear top and trolley) will be travelling on all routes.
What do you mean by convertible clear-top buses?
We have installed clear roofs on our open-top buses to allow for stunning views when it’s raining. When the weather is sunny, the roofs come off! In the summer, there is no better way to see the city and park – looking up at the skyscrapers and giant cedars. We promise, you won’t forget it!
What do you mean by San Francisco-style Trolleys?
We have a fleet of trolley-style vehicles that travel the Hop-On, Hop-Off routes along with the convertible clear-top buses. Trolleys are also knows as Streetcars or tram. However in our case, our Trolleys have wheels and a gasoline engine instead of travelling on an electric rail system.
Can I bring a baby stroller on the bus?
Space is limited and we are only able to accommodate collapsible strollers or wheelchairs. We ask that you collapse the equipment and secure it between the seats or at the back of the bus. Please hold your child safely on your lap while on the bus. Guests with collapsible wheelchairs will need to board the bus independently as we do not have a wheelchair lift on the bus.
How do I get to the Capilano Suspension Bridge
Take the free shuttle that leaves from a number of Downtown Vancouver locations. View the Capilano Suspension Bridge Shuttle Schedule. Short on time? Take one of our guided tours, and also tour Downtown Vancouver or Grouse Mountain.
What time is Capilano Suspension Bridge open until?
Capilano Suspension Bridge is OPEN every day of the year, except for Christmas day. Their opening hours vary during the year. Visit their site for more information. Please note that hours of operation may be changed due to special events. We recommend contacting us at 604-451-1600 for the latest information.
Is Capilano Suspension Bridge wheelchair accessible?

What can I see at the Vancouver Aquarium?
The Aquarium is home to a huge variety of creatures including jellyfish, sea otters, sea lions, frogs, birds, reptiles, and more.
